20 Minute Yoga Workout For Weightloss

Hey guys! I am sure some of you are already into yoga, and maybe others of you think it’s a waste of time. I have a little secret, yoga is NOT a waste of time. Yoga has so many physical and psychological health benefits and if practiced on a regular basis you will notice these benefits in no time.

Here are some yoga benefits for the mind and body:


1. Yoga helps relax the mind and to ease stress and tension, which helps to give you a more calm and positive outlook on life in general.

2. Yoga is known to make people more aware of their surroundings.

3. Yoga helps increase your energy levels in the mind and body, especially if done in the mornings.

2. Yoga breathing techniques have been known to improve the heart and lung functions, which overall helps improve circulation in the inner body.

6. Last but certainly not least, yoga also helps with weight loss, and that is why I have included this video! This is a video I do in the comfort of my own home. All you need is a yoga mat and your computer to set the video up and you are ready to go! I would recommend doing this video at least 3 days a week, but if you can do it 5 or even 7 this is ideal. You will start noticing a difference in your mind and body right away!

3 Bean Salad with Gouda

This is a very yummy, healthy and easy bean salad recipe to make. I actually ate this salad almost everyday for lunch a month before my wedding to stay full and also to stay in shape with a low fat meal.

Now hopefully you can try it and enjoy it as much as I do.  By the way, this meal is filled with fiber and is also Gluten Free, so eat up and feel no regrets!
