You Are What You Eat!

Remember when you were little and you would hear the saying, “You are what you eat?” Well, it’s true in a sense. No, you aren’t going to turn into a huge walking pizza with arms and legs if you eat a pizza, or a walking bunch of grapes with arms and legs if you eat grapes. For example, you know when you are craving McDonald’s and you just can’t help yourself and you over eat every bite of that double cheese burger and french fries, while finishing it off slurping down a soda? Well, how do you feel afterwards? Your body feels exhausted and lazy, and your mind usually feels towards.. blah.

  1. Another great source of nutrients can be achieved by a ‘juice diet’. Juicing can cleanse your system, and yet still provide you with healthy micro-nutrients. A common positive side affect is weight loss. Make sure you don’t over do it.
